Oneofthem you are not able to put yourself in another person's shoes. My brother lost his job and the bank's helpful response?

They hammaered him with £2,000 of charges. His PPI didn't cover him either, oh and when he called to let them know his circumstances (re hiw mortgage) they told him to come back once he was three months behind.

Do you think this acceptable? I profoundly disagree with what you say and I work for a Building Society!!!!

The views I express here are mere speculation based on my experience. I am not qualified nor insured to give legal advice and any action you take will be at your own risk.

The seemingly Freudian name-slip aside (;-)) BW or not, it's not good form to dig up months-old posts with no new activity, particularly if all they end up doing is having a go at someone (regardless of whatever opinions either might hold). When people talk about "reading and writing", you'll notice "reading" always comes before "writing". :)
