If I was you, I would send for a Subject Access Request ( SAR ) which costs £10.00 Postal Order, and to be sent by Recorded Delivery.

 

They have to send you details of EVERYTHING regarding ur account...payments, charges, full breakdown, every possible thing regarding ur account.

This way you will see what payments have been made, not made, etc... They have 40 days to comply with it.

 

I've just done this, and they received it 13 days ago.

Recieved this a few minutes ago. The transcript he refers to is the transcript of my last live chat which I attached to the email

 

I can confirm that QuickQuid has agreed to a temporary repayment plan of £58.85 per month for 6 months due to your financial hardship and the 1st payment was received in May 2013.

 

I am looking into why the account did not update properly our on system when the 1st payment was received. In addition, the transcript has been forwarded to our customer contact centre so it may be reviewed with the representative.

 

The next payment of £58.85 is due on 28 June 2013. I would like to apologise for any confusion over the agreed upon temporary repayment plan.
