Lantern/chapman claimform -old QQ loan.
turkwyfe4lyfe replied to letsgetitsorted's topic in Financial Legal Issues
This sounds like a job for final resolutions department. Email png @ quickquid (.) co (.) uk or ddirzo@quickquid (.) co.uk or ddirzo @ enova(.)com Explain again the situation, and that the Collections team are refusing to assist you. If/when you email the last one... please mention your quickquid acoount reference. -
But theres something I don't get....My cap one account details are still the same on all three cra's... but I applied and was given an aqua card in nov 2011, but I hadn't used it, and hadn't even activated it....but rang them to cancel it and close the account. Since then until now, it was ' settled' then NOW its active again according to Equifax!! but how can it be active for card I never activated or used?
-
Well. it says BHAP0042 with an account number/credit card number I found linked with Aqua which I had back in 2011 for about 2 weeks then closed the account...but aqua is still showing so unless cap one and aqua are one company....I do have a cap one card but their details are still the same. Its only Equifax too, not others.

I meant a report from Callcredit, not Equifax!! Sorry x

I tried to get my statutory £2 report from Equifax but it comes up with this each time : Please Note: Unfortunately we have been unable to retrieve the product(s) you have requested based on the information you have supplied. Please verify the information you have entered below and, if appropriate, resubmit your application. If you have tried to request your Statutory Report and the information below is correct, it will be necessary for you to order it by post by completing our printable application form. The information below its referring to is my card details...What does this mean, as I used the same visa debit card for Equifax and Experian but I was wondering, if its because I already have an account with Noddle. Thanks

Yep, I know. Could never have done it without you Brigadier and Lee.

Not everyone reports to the same CRA and not all report to all 3 of the major ones.
-
Although Its still showing on checkmyfile.com but i can only assume it will be gone once it updates x
-
Ah i was just curious as I have one from January 2009. CRA says Lowell own it...Didnt think or realise anything at the time when Lowell offered me full and finals not long after Littlewoods sold it on but dont have any paperwork so could be going on nothing lol

Setting up a payment plan with QQ

Did you email mr Dirzo? Id tell him u wanna set up a repayment plan by standing order but collections are refusing to give you details x -
After discussing and liasing with the Vodafone customer rep from here named Lee, and another lady called Jenny...an email today stated that my whole account with Vodafone has supposedly been erased off my credit file ( as it shouldn't have been there in the first place ) and so, In advance, Id like to thanks BRAGADIER for his help, and also Lee. I would never have known I could have challenged them for the Late Payment markers and so to totally remove the credit account altogether is a better outcome. turkwyfe4lyfe

Setting up a payment plan with QQ
turkwyfe4lyfe replied to abccag's topic in Quick Quid and associated trading names
In my experience with this company is that they can offer pre-default repayment plans which is usually split into 3 payments. After this time, You will deal with the collections department, who are not very understanding and will deny being able to accept standing order repayment plans until the end of the world.... So if I was you, knowing what I know NOW, You should totally bypass the collections department, dont email their addresses they give you on their site. email this guy from final resolutions department, png@ quickquid . co. uk or I spoke to someone higher called David Dirzo .... ddirzo @ quickquid .co...uk I did before get a repayment plan from coollections but when speaking to mr Dirzo, he informed me that only under instruction from the final resolutions team, will QQ accept standing order repayments and he cancelled my payment plan into a standing order one ( although I then got a Full and Final settlement and paid it off so im no longer involved with them ) I'd be more inclined to speak to David Dirzo as he seems to be a bit more helpful. -
Opos Limited/DERS/Mucky Hall/QuickQuid
turkwyfe4lyfe replied to Feebee_71's topic in Quick Quid and associated trading names
Thats very true but they still do it.... Thats why you have to go higher than the collections department. -
Any ideas on how long late payment markers are shown on a credit file for...is it 6 years?

turkwyfe4lyfe replied to Feebee_71's topic in Quick Quid and associated trading names
The only forms of payment accepted for this offer are Debit Card or direct debit This is also lies. When dealing with the final resolutions team or higher, they will let you repay by however you want to pay. I managed to get a standing order plan with them... -
