No, can't be because my husbands credit file is excellent.

OK well, our card numbers are totally different...and theres two ' welcome to ur argos card ' papers...one says my credit limit is 750, and other says hubbys is 750 limit. Although when he rang up to ' confirm ' the cards had arrived safely...the woman activated both cards.... so i was a bit confused. Its ok i will give them a call xx

Just received this email from QQ reg their full and final settlement offer...... Thank you for your email. Please accept my apologies for the delay in responding to you. We have applied the payments of xxxx and xxxx towards your account which means that your balance is 0.00 and you have no further obligation with QuickQuid. In addition, we have instructed our credit reference agency, CallCredit Ltd., to update your credit file accordingly, and we have closed your account in accordance with your request. Lastly, a printed version of your subject access request will be issued in 3-5 working days. I hope this clarifies the situation. If you have any further questions, please contact me. Regards, So should I respond, and what should I say? -

Received SAR in CD format today. Nor very much there,,, then again im not totally sure what i dhould be expecting. Theres contractual terms of previous loans....and current one atm. No breakdown or list of paynents received ( although they did email me not so long back with an accoubt statement) email log in excel which shows a list of emails but no details, log of most live chat conversations.. Using mobile as since putting cd in laptop, my firefox browser keeps crashing when it was fine before -
Yeah, wait for something solid first then take it from there.

Sounds like it has been passed for them to collect, but isnt owned by Portfolio. You should maybe send a Subject Access Request. to Wonga, and also a letter by recorded delivery to Wonga , and place your account in dispute with them .....and then inform Portfolio that you're account has been disputed and portfolio will back off. Keep fighting with wonga by emails and letters...keep record of everything you send, receive...any postal stuff goes via recorded delivery, keep all receipts. Push comes to shove, if it ever went to court you can prove theres no debt and you have tried to contact them and sort it out but there are not doing so...and will be lughed out of court...possible chance for financial redress for your trouble. also, try tomas.keating @ wonga . com/ DO NOT call them, or answer their calls unless you can fully record the whole.

I was sent an email by another manager ive spoken to in the past and replied telling him im within my right to paper copies, according to the ICO, and request paper copies i cant be sure the CD would be free from viruses and malware. The CD is coming from USA so imagine how much postage would be for paper copies...i very much doubt i will get paper copies but i will keep you updated. -
