  1. Recieved this a few minutes ago. The transcript he refers to is the transcript of my last live chat which I attached to the email I can confirm that QuickQuid has agreed to a temporary repayment plan of £58.85 per month for 6 months due to your financial hardship and the 1st payment was received in May 2013. I am looking into why the account did not update properly our on system when the 1st payment was received. In addition, the transcript has been forwarded to our customer contact centre so it may be reviewed with the representative. The next payment of £58.85 is due on 28 June 2013. I would like to apologise for any confusion over the agreed upon temporary repayment plan. Please let me know if you have any additional queries or if I may be for further assistance. Kind Regards, Pete Ng Manager QuickQuid
  2. thanks for your help anyway, will be sure to keep u updated
  3. not expecting anything today seeing as its sunday, but tomorrow hopefully
  4. looks like i'll have to wait for a response from someone via email lol
  5. John: David I am not authorized to have that conversation with you since you are with resolutions. I provided information prematurely not knowing it was with resolutions at first.
  6. u chatting to him too? is that who he was talking to when he mentioned sort code and account number lol?
  7. this is what i have so far John: Thanks David. How may I assist you today? Hi there : I setup a repayment plan for my outstanding loan which i made my first payment on 28th May. : There has been a lot of confusion over whether the payment has been recieved : have been on live chat and emailed resolution with no response John: No worries David. I will assist you with this today. : the payment was £58.85 : the amount owed was 771.30 : when i log in to the website it now says i owe 712.45 : which is 58.85 less, same as what i paid John: I see yu have a standing order in place. : can u confirm if there has been credits in the last 28 days? Your chat transcript will be sent to at the end of your chat. John: That sort code and account number you mentioned earlier is correct. Unfortunately, I am unable to handle this type of account. It would be final resolutions. : i never mentioned a sort code and account number: so has there been any credits to my account in last 28 days : can you confirm how much my balance is?
  8. Just logged into my quickquid account, and it says i owe £712.45. Im pretty sure when i checked it a couple of days it said £771.30. So it is now £58.85 less which is what i paid
  9. The thing that doesn't sit right is although they say the payment has not been recieved, why was the guy on live chat wanting to offer me a repayment plan for £712.45, which is what i owed, minus the £58.85 i paid and they claim not to have recieved(with a good faith payment of course)
  10. yeah thats the 1 i used. when you say loan number, is that different from customer number?
