Hi all, my first speech..

I,ve got a County Court Business Centre claim form.

In guidance notes it says take or send money to Claimant.

Can the Claimant refuse to accept cash?

Also...........What does the terminology "in Court" mean with regard to the Claim Form. Having sent it out ,does this mean it is subject to being "In Court"

advice please

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

tell us everything about what lead up to this as well as the particulars of the claim itself.

The chances are you wont be paying a penny but as it has got this far you will be having to put in a bit of effort to beat the claim.

It will be inflated by all sorts of unlawful add ons but as they win most claims by default or people throwing the towel in it is all money for nthing to them.

Fight and the most that will cost will be what they are claiming for so you now have a maximum stop loss figure
