Hi all, my first speech.. I,ve got a County Court Business Centre claim form. In guidance notes it says take or send money to Claimant. Can the Claimant refuse to accept cash? Also...........What does the terminology "in Court" mean with regard to the Claim Form. Having sent it out ,does this mean it is subject to being "In Court" advice please
