  1. Hi. It's a shame you didn't keep us updated, @Ell-enncould at least have helped you to prepare. Hopefully she'll see this and advise you. HB
  2. We don't know, I'm afraid, we don't get a lot of threads about DWF. All you can do is to do a search on here for DWF threads to see what happened to other people and continue to ignore. HB
  3. While you're waiting for Andy, what are your thoughts on sending an SAR? HB
  4. Hi. Can you scan up a pdf of the letter please? Remove name, address, etc. HB
  5. That's fine but don't forget your own life. When are you due to go abroad? HB
  6. I agree, BB. My point was that the bank should have kept notes of meetings and phone calls. HB
  7. Form for court, is that? I don't understand why you need one if Virgin Mobile will provide the information. HB
  8. How long ago was this please? It seems to be easy to find call details going back six months, from what I've seen on Google. Have you sent a SAR to the bank? That is meant to show notes of phone calls as well as correspondence. HB
  9. To help us to advise you, could you tell us more about why you need this information please? HB
  10. Thank you Kyosanto, that's very clear. Isiris, please let us know how you get on. HB
  11. Hi. Is this to do with your other thread here please? It's usually better to keep details of a particular case together. HB
  12. Hi. I'm sorry you haven't had any replies yet. We have a member here, @Kyosanto who's very good on travel and aviation rules, hopefully he will pop in if he's around. I did post up an article from the Independent in the travel stickies section the other day but I can't post a link from my phone. HB
  13. Well done, I'm pleased you're nearly at the end of this. Please keep us posted on the other payment. HB
  14. It's hard to say what happens next as every case is different. If you gave the right address, you'll probably hear from RLP by letter but they can't do anything to you. They can recommend that Waitrose go to court but I don't see that happening. I expect Waitrose know that he last large retailer who was persuaded to go to court by RLP came out of it so badly that they asked for their name to be kept out of it. I would stay away from that Waitrose for a while. HB
  15. Hi. If it would be helpful, we can have a look at the letter. You can post a pdf of it with your personal details redacted. This could help other people in the future. HB
  16. Hi. To add to what dx has said, it would be best to view this as a lucky escape and never shoplift again. It could be a lot worse another time, so I would remember how you felt at the time after you were caught and how you feel now if you're tempted again. As you say, there are other ways of getting food. Theft is becoming a major problem and from what I've read recently, stores are stepping up their security including face recognition cameras for people who have been seen stealing in their shop. Perhaps you should talk to your GP about this and see if you can get extra support if your mental health issues could have been part of the problem. HB
