  1. Sad to say, the next step is you reading up. If this goes to court we can't be there with you. Have a look around our Successes forum and see what has happened with other people's cases. HB
  2. I understood that you said the brother doesn't want the shed solution? HB
  3. Well done and well done also to Kyosanto. Please consider making a donation if you can. We all give our time for free but we still have running costs, servers etc. HB
  4. I don't have personal experience of this but Bazza's link looks pretty detailed. Otherwise, sadly you may need to speak to the OPG office. HB
  5. I don't think you've said how long your wife's state pension has been in payment. My understanding is that they send out an annual statement early in the year confirming the amount of pension payable for the next 12 months. HB
  6. Sorry, I should have phrased that differently. Can you see a reason why the car would have passed the camera twice in 4 hours? HB
  7. The original PCN states that the car was parked for 4 hours 04 minutes. Is there any explanation for how the driver says the car is in one place and the PPC say it was somewhere else please? I'm just trying to see ways around their arguments, like the rest of the guys here. HB
  8. Perhaps you could give us the information from the link that dx posted then, please? You should be able to upload a pdf file using our upload guide [click on the word]. It also tells you about converting other files to pdf if you need it. HB
  9. Could we see what they've sent please? Cover up your name, address, PCN number, etc. HB
  10. IAS is usually a kangaroo court. Unless someone thinks it's a good idea to appeal to teem. HB
  11. If you click on the word upload in your post or mine, you go to a new page with instructions to follow. HB
  12. Marina Hyde has a new opinion piece on the scandal. After 20 years, here’s why the Post Office scandal is special: the cover-up is happening in plain sight | Marina Hyde | The Guardian WWW.THEGUARDIAN.COM People whose lives were destroyed deserve justice. And those responsible are contriving to make sure they don’t get it, says Guardian columnist...
  13. Yes, it can be done via MCOL. Don't send off what you've written until the guys have had a look at it please. You'll be submitting it a bit later in the week. HB
  14. Yes, my apologies. I misunderstood what you posted. Thank you for the clarification. HB
  15. Hi. I'm confused by this. Is this person driving legally? They haven't been officially stopped from driving but they never renewed their licence as they didn't meet the criteria on the renewal form. HB
  16. You can't work it out from your diaries? The purpose of the photos is more to establish that the car was where they say than to ID the driver. HB
  17. You could report them to the ICO but very little seems to happen over non-compliance with a SAR and it isn't quick, from what we've seen. That's why people are suggesting a court claim because we've had a couple of successes recently. HB
  18. I've had to hide your post because you've left your name on the pdf files, plus the claim number. Please could you redact them and repost? HB
  19. Hello again. Did you get anywhere with social services? HB
  20. I prefer ''Don't get mad, get even'. I'm not sure about the bit where you want to charge them for letters, see what other people think. HB
  21. Hello, welcome to CAG. I think it might be easier for us to advise you if you tell us what's happened, please. Best, HB
