Many of those Caggers who 'frequent' the Debt Collection Sub Forums may be aware of the problems arising regarding Motor Mile Finance Ltd., and that I am collecting and collating data regarding the companies conduct in order to submit a multiple complaint to the OFT/FCA, it would be very useful if anyone who has recently of in the past could post links to their threads here if they would like their particular problem included

will keep listing the numbers, feels like arranging the Lottery . But we do need to stop company's acting this way. strange as typing numbers they bloody called from the 02078706877. was going to change mobile number but will keep to collate numbers.

I will post this link to Disabled Veteran harassed for 4yrs by DCAs it concerned a few different DCAs Lowells, Welcome Finance and Motormile Finance.

 

The Motormile Finance saga starts from post # 381 and I still have all the relevant documentation and the last letter as the veterans complaint was actually dealt with Mr Neil Petty himself who doesn't even know his companies own complaints procedure.

 

Bear in mind the veteran was never the debtor as they had the incorrect info but the last letter from Mr Petty was classic sayin the veteran circum navigated there complaints procedure (that isn't on there website and a small paragraph in one of his letter which isn't a copy of there complaints procedure as requested which he failed to send)

 

If yo need copies of these letter am more than happy to scan and post up.

Thanks, every thing we can gather on the conduct of MMF will be put to good use letters most certainly will be paramount in this process, I will be seeking permission from all those who contribute information to use un redacted copies for the submission to the regulators as anonymous data will not be acceptable.

I have a load of their 'recorded messages' offering finance if you are in debt, including payday loans, plus a couple of their lying letters.... can upload them for you.

 

I also have the reply from the payday loan company referring to Motor Mile Finance, MMF AND Motormile all in the same letter!

I have an E mail stating if I was to expose them to TS or a third party they were going to have me done for libel

 

f I do not have an email from you tomorrow morning when I get into work, I will prepare a reply to you on the various allegations you have made.

I would remind you of the laws of libel should you decide to repeat any of your allegations to any third parties. To that end, I would suggest (although it is completely your decision) that you speak only to legal professionals regarding your allegations, until such time as you have had a chance to look at my reply and decide upon the validity of your allegation in the round.

I have a series of letters from these muppets that occurred after WDA sold my debt to them. I had made a complaint to WDA, they issued a final response so I contacted the CSA (I think it was) . Meanwhile they sold the debt to MMF who refused to believe it was in dispute. They also refused to accept the no doorstep letter .

I do not want to post the letters on here and I can not PM them to you but if you can provide me by pm with an email address I will happily sort them out and email them to you

I know what you mean about the no doorstep letter I sent 6 to them and they still sent out a thug to my old address to bully my pentioner mate and ex neighbour

I will collate all of my email correspondence that I had with them, including written documents that are clear breaches of the OFT guidance. Funny thing is though, after continuosly sending letters saying they would be 'visiting within the next 7 days' I eventually phoned up and said 'ok then, when would you like to come', to which they replied it was a mistake and they didnt actually want to visit at all.

I'll do the same including one where there proved the debt was unenforcable by sending an internal mail in error stating to accept a "settlement" to put it to bed LOL

These bottom feeders have made my life a misery for nearly two years.

 

Threatening all sorts, regarding a debt they cannot substantiate that I owe, or that they have the right to pursue.

 

Sending me texts at all hours of the day and night (Numbers used: 0113876876, 07702873672, 07508602760, 07950474410, 07940505548)

Letters and texts stating they were coming to value my possessions and to seize a vehicle that I last owned in 2008

and that if I paid up without querying the debt I could qualify for a discount!

 

After months of threatening to arrive unannounced they did turn up on my doorstep at 16:30 on a Saturday afternoon,

before speaking to me their goon started discussing my financial circumstances with my landlord!!!!

 

I refused to speak to him other to tell him I only deal in writing.

 

He insisted I sign for delivery of a large white envelope,

I had to print my name and put an X in the signatory box which made him become quite threatening

because I wouldn't give him a specimen of my signature.

 

Finally after nearly two years of harassment I thought it was all over,

but now Motor Mile Finance are texting me about someone else's debt.

Calling me Mr $$$$$$$ in all these texts, where that is a million miles away from my name.

 

Problem is, I would love to call them back and give them a rocket about sending me someone else's financial details,

but I don't want them starting the harassment of me AGAIN !!!!

 

I would love to see these irresponsible and intimidating **** put out of business. Happy to help anyway I can.... JGH

After reading this thread, I feel very lucky that I was able to get Motormouth to back down. I haven't heard from them since 13th May. My thread is here:
