Statement do not have to been enclosed in an SAR request. If you need them, you may have to pay for a copy of each one.

How all my shares I had in banks are worthless after the crash, yet the FTSE is higher now than when the crash happened!

If you are thinking of getting Amazon or Netflix, just google Kodi. -
They rely on you not putting a defence in. Normally once in, they drop the case. So you must get a defence done.

What do you have so far? All you have to do is bat the POC away! Post up your draft and Andy will look in for you. Or have a look around the site for examples of other defences!

This is one of my biggest bug bares. A few months ago I ordered a new laptop and phone, both were meant to be delivered to my Mum's and she stayed in all day waiting. I received an email stating the items had been delivered (two seperate days) and my Mum had signed for them. The signature was just a scribble and was nothing like my Mums signature that is very neat. Both sellers, Virgin Mobile and PC Specialist refused to do anything as there was a signature. I went mental and drove over to the delivery depot to speak to the thieveall Manager and show him a copy of my Mums signature and the signature they had. He decided to investigate and two days later the items turned up. They had been 'Misdelivered' Both items had a man made hole in them and were of high value. The driver was later on arrested for theft over other items. There was no way I should have been doing all the investigations, but it was the only way to get my items without starting court action.

Just because they repossessed in 2009. your last payment was still in 2007. So Statue Barred also a defence to think about.

Do NOT engage with anyone. Ring Barclaycard and just enquire when the last payment was made.

You have to wonder why Barclays have off loaded this debt. You need to find the flaw.
