Ok, using Tesco as your supermarket A costs 1p, you buy A every week for 10 weeks and pay 10p Week 11, HOW would they know you had only paid 1p every week and charge you extra for the other 10 weeks. You must have some sort of credit agreement with a wholesaler, unless we know what you have brough, How you brought it, what the discrepancy is, we cannot help you.

  8. Any person claiming to represent a company is asked to contact admin, so we can confirm they are who they claim to be. The post was not removed to protect you, and once the poster has confirmed who he is, they shall have the right to defend themselves.

  11. As already advised. STOP paying this company NOW and get the SAR sent to them. Make sure you enclose the £10 postal order. When you know who is chasing what, you can send the CCA's, but I would wait for the contents of the SAR.

  14. As this card was taken out before April 2007, they would need the original credit agreement, not a copy.
