Hi , l sent letter to moorcroft on the 3rd asking for signed credit agrreement the normal letter , gave them the 12 days to get back to me this would be 15th l,enclosed a blank p.o for £1 fee . ..to-day the 12th l got a letter back saying they will send the copy and to enclose a £1 fee payable to the catologue by the 19th. .. is this normal . .. thank you

l had someone do the same from moorcroft...did not say how much l owed .had a earnings and outgoing form on back of letter...should l also send a cca request ,,thank you
