Hi people a bit about my problem.

I had a dispute over an £80 bill with my credit card so i stopped paying the £5 a month and the nationwide charged me £20 a month. I would then make a couple of payments to keep them off my back, now even though iv paid £100ss on this bill they still want £450!!!

Its all charges i have 3 other credit cards and iv never missed a payment with them so i want to know how i start in getting my money back off nationwide and the debt wiped?

Im not very good on the p.c iv tryed to download a few documents but pc.says no!!!

Can anyone start me off on what i need to do? I need help soon as nationwide got a collection agent on my case now!!!!

Welcome.

Have a browse round the forums and read the FAQ section - it does look really daunting but once you get your head round it, it gets easier!

To help you out, the first thing you need to do is get copies of all your statements for the past 6 years. There is a template in the Library section to request these under the DPA.

Also, I would inform the collection agency in writing that the debt is in dispute and that *should* stop them.

Hope that helps a little.
