Thames Water has a fund in place which can help to pay your water bills if you satisfy their hardship criteria.

 

The Thames Water Customer Assistance Fund helps customers who are experiencing financial hardship and are in debt with us.

If you are in financial hardship and would like to apply for help with paying your outstanding Thames Water bill, download our application form and send it to the address below:

Call us: Please call us on 0800 111 4680. Our lines are open from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, and closed at weekends and on bank holidays.

The trust is specifically there to help customers and offer support and encouragement to manage bills in the future. It is an offer of help to make a significant difference for those customers in severe hardship and unable to pay their bills.
