A housing association has sent letters to over 600 of its tenants who have been identified as potentially having grounds to appeal against the government's controversial bedroom tax.

Just hope this is successful and that more HA get onboard.

 

You could consider writing to your own HA and pointing to the above link and asking if they are going to do the same.

While it's welcome a HA has wrote to tenants identified as potentially having grounds to appeal the BT....

 

Even if just a quarter or half of them appealed, it's going to have a knock on affects on benefits appeals system in general.

 

In parts of the UK, Appeals for some benefits are taking up to 9 to 12 months even longer !

Please use the quote system, So everyone will know what your referring too, thank you ...
