I sent a SAR by email to New Generation Parking Management in relation to a parking fine I received but they have requested me to confirm my identity by way of documentation.

Do I do this and if not what are the consequences if I do not respond?

they are entitled to want ID but use a CTAX form ONLY!

They are entitled to ask for I.D., so as dx says send them a copy of the a council tax bill.

You might as well be sarcastic and point out there was none of this concern for your identity when they were sending out their demands for money.
