- on top of all you are fighting for you and us all ....you are now being further pressured by these costs.

Look back over pages and pages of your thread - how many people want to contribute financially - no strings attached - not 'implicating or involving CAG site in any liability.

You need some peace of mind so you can more effectively forge ahead.

Let each person help you as they feel able. I don't have Zoots wisdom..

but I desperately want to be involved to help.

This would be less of a pressure if you had some finances at your disposal

for the moment that you may suddenly feel you really can't cope and

apart payment may be called for.

Pm me (and others as requested) your paypal a/c. Others have done so.

Only people who have stood in your position understand this kind of pressure. Try not to be influenced by what you may feel others opinions may be. Reading back through your thread I think the feelings and

inclinations expressed by the huge majority are clear enough.

hugs

Hi Morgy,

You have to keep going and i like many others would be happy to contribute. Kensington took my house and the n charged me a redemption fee of £11000. With all of their charges i still owe them £29000 even though they have received back over £20000 more than they lent me 2.5 years ago

It is so so wrong

The stories that people post on this web site , like your self just get worse every day

It sickens me to even read them, so many people so much money taken from them.

The massive financial burden, stress and heartache these companies cause people and there famillies is unbelieveable and day after day they just keep getting away with it.

so wrong.

I hope you gat some justice woodwa5 too

Hi everyone,

Just thought i would let you know that i'm still waiting for news on the barrister, no news now for quite some timee but i'm sure i shall here something soon, hopefully.

I would like a little help or push in the right direction with regards to another problem on the mortgage side of things.

After leaving Kennsington almost 2 years ago I had my next mortgage with GE home lending (another shark i know)

So fell into a little bit of difficulty this year and i have been charged about £1000.00 in charges (i pay the monthly mortgage payments 2 weeks behind every month ) so they charge me every month for the days i'm late in paying

So the 2 year deal is up in Aug. (6.2%)

What shall i do then, where sould i go ?

Back to the broker i paid £1000.00 too to get the mortgage ??

If i stay with GE Money they are will be able to put the interest rate up to 2.6% above the bank of England base rate.

I'm so fed up with everything at the moment and don't know what to do or how much extra i'll be paying for my mortgage

We struggle at the momment as it is i'm worried now as Aug is nearing

Any help or advise would be greatly appriciated

Thanks

Morgy

Just went into Birmingham Midshires site and it says i need a independant mortage advisor to get a mortgage through them.

Now when I went with the Broker almost 2 years ago they said they would contact us at the end of the 2 year deal with GE moneyy and find us an even better mortgage deal with someone else .

Would i have to pay the broker a fee again then

I don't want to make any more stupid mistakes in my life i don't trust anybody because i've been stung so many times with regards to finance matters

??

Jamorgan,

I've just spent most of the night skimming this thread and I have to take my hat off to you. My wife and I are now going to be following this closely as we are currently trying to remortgage to get away from Kensington (with the recent interest rate rises our monthly payments are now just over £1000 per month!).

We also wrote to them to politely request a reduction in the ERC but received a letter which basically said get stuffed! I was considering trying to get the ERC back afterwards (may still try) but we've also started the complaints procedure with the broker who arranged the mortgage as (following professional advice as we now have a broker as a personal friend and they love to see the competition get a kicking!) we feel there are good grounds for a claim that we may have to refer to the FOS!!

Good luck with your appeal!!:D

Phil

Guest DEATHLORD

Hi Zoot,

What were the grounds for non appeal? as I have a case at this time going though and they have to give full facts as to losses and costs.

SO what is happening now??
