Well had a letter from their Sols this morning with an attached letter from Nat West. It basically says that I messed up and put the wrong account on the original CCa request (which I did) it was for the current account not the loan account. (my fault).

The letter from the sols clearly has the Court ref number on it so they should be fully aware of what I am refering to ie loan account but still no compliance to my CPR request from then.

Do I carry on with the defence I have got, was going to post it today as its got to be there y the end of next week or do I have to do another defence.

Help anyone.

Thanks

Hello all, this is with regards to my credit card part. Had a nice little yeloow card come through the post from Allied International today asking me to pay off the full balance owed.

This is after I sent the dispute notice off and requested a SAR.

Should I just ignore them or write them a letter saying this account is in dispute, Natwest are aware and have been advised of this. So, go away and don't send me another letter?

Hello all

Well have had a reply from court re the loan side of things. They are sending the sols / natwest a copy of my defence they have 28 days to reply.

Also had a reply re the credit card and 42man you were right, they are going down the lines that I signed the card and the terms and conditions were enclosed with the application form so its tough, and I am still indebtness to them. I have SAR them so waiting for that to come through now to see if they have put illegal charges on the account.

Any advise would be grateful on what to do next

Thanks

Hi 42man

No nothing re the CPR request other than the reply I put at thread 55. All I have had is from the courts in relation to my defence being sent to their sols / natwest and thats it.

Basically, hope that they don't reply to my defence within the 28 days ring the court just after and hopefully get a strike out?

Hopefully things will go to plan but I doubt it they never seem to.

I would keep in touch with the courts regularly too....the CPR makes it quite clear, the next stage should be an Allocation Questionnaire....how can you possibly defend without them complying with the CPR !!
