    Early 2000 = had a silly £15,000 quote for 3 bedroom 30s semi detached house, told the chap what he could - so called big companies = got the job done for £1,750 by local company

    the paper for treatment has the question on it, they automatically fine you over a period of time that you fail to pay, longer not pay them then the more you will pay, do not flog a dead horse, it will cost you more , in our case wife on £1.48 a week, ( wrong Ji in their eyes, me on a pension, they did not want to know and I took £80 from my pension to pay them how else was she going to pay them,= pay up they are not going to change procedure (more Tory led schemes) Ombudsman what a sick joke.

    standing charges ( for them to know what to charge? = well what other company can charge a charge to see what they need to charge), = smart meter (Government roll out we are told means no standing charge) of course they will concoct a reason, sooner public ownership the better all these mills around our shores etc we shall be sailing off to the moon, nonsense use

    unfortunately the ICO is now a Quango organization - take complaints and non action= HSBC was warned and promised a few years ago to ICO that they now have better systems in place regarding SAR request etc, since when HSBC has done nothing = ICO a waste of space as all the Regulators are. = job for the Tory Guys if you kneel before us.

    you can but make an adjustment something you will know is your alteration within, ore some people just print name, lifting of signatures - we could find no real case of this in all the years, , also companies have to make sure that they are corresponding with the person concerned and no siggy could be Mr/Mrs willy Nilly get the drift

    75 pence is not wasted monies as proof of delivery believe you me in a court case, proof of posting is not proof of delivery! as I found out on many case> &HSBC was one case!
