Can anybody tell me if they have the same problem as my wife regarding PPI administerd by MBNA, SHE IS CLAIMING FOR REDUNDANCY BUT THE INSURANCE REPAYMENTS FALL SHORT OF ACTUAL MONTHLY PAYMENT REQUEST? yet MBNA still take the full amount of insurance cover payments every month, When you take out PPI it is suppose to cover your monthly payments, by the way she has not used her card since putting in a claim on her PPI, SO THAT IS NOT THE ANSWER, so is this a mis-sold product? MBNA baically do not want to know, just keep saying it is nothing to do with them, They instituted the insurance, they take the over priced premiums, yet they refuse to talk to st andrews regarding late and low payments, but the baSIC ORIGINAL AMOUNT HAS INCREASED BY OVER £1,000.00 since the insurance so payment protection has not done what it was suppose to, and the arrogance of MBNA goes on, even St Andrews will not talk to MBNA, JUST SAY THAT mbna ADMINISTER THE ACCOUNT.
