Hello, I know that NORTHAMPTON BULK CENTRE (COUNTY COURT), that is the reference to Northampton, we know HSBC address is Birmingham dam me do I not know, what West Sussex??

All the same people, HSBC/Metro/DG same building just partitions, in house monkeys, do not speak to them on the phone all in writing, they lie on phone, D.G ignore your request and stampeed to Northampton, at this point you can start the procees action for documents. Just let you know that happeded to me, so listen to more experiance people on here.

Now is the time for all good people to come to the aid of the party -- Government Pensions Etc to only be paid via the Post Office, close all Bank Accounts where possible or Leave main stream Banks, 2 months of non use of banking system bring to their knees?/ only an idea, remember people power, call on all politicians to give proper power to the Regulatory Authorities or disband them.

go to a basic account with Nationwide or any other bank you should have no trouble doing this, but do not hang around, sooner sorted the better

DG SOLs are in house solicitors, more dirty tricks are done by them, suggest DO NOT TALK TO THEM ON THE PHONE, all in writing, as they are not to be believed, hence everything in writing send Recorded delivery all letters.

The Banks will seek Limitations on their losses, ultimatly the Government should interceed and legislate repayment of the Banks unfair charges and close the matter once and for all, the Banks have had their day more than once now, they LOST, the case should be closed or heavy fines put on the perpatrators (Banks), Maybe Wastage Cost should be levied on them in repect of every Bank Customer. To the Customer of course.

As far as MBNA/st Andrews PPI go is a sham, OH had PPI with them, made Redundant PPi payments paid to MBNA direct, no use was made of the Card and the balance went up/up/up, MBNA are crooks one side blamed the other, CCa reuqest no response 3 months later.

Debitarse we call them are in house monkeys for Cap one, probably Crapquest will be next see them off with bemused letter.

Completely ignore them, phishing trip for statute barred accounts no doubt by capquest. H.L. are just solicitors for hire heading used by capquest IGNORE.
