    recent court ruling and PRA won was enforcement date runs from Default date???? The Court of Appeals view is the DN is part of the cause of action, without it there can be no claim. The service of a DN opens the door for a time order, it also means stat duties like s77A and s86C still apply, so non compliance can lead to move issues. plus there's s140A to challenge them with maybe?

    you would query it , should be a button to dispute on the entry, they probably just sent standard template one fit all type, so just keep an eye on entries probably not see it from now on, how are you going to deal with the DCA? Both same envelope is standard procedure these days and accepted thru authorisation between companies so no argument there

    nd mediate, if not they will ay cannot take place (mediation) and pass case back to the courts, what happens is mediator rings and ask you questions, they speak to the other side (you do not) and mediate if necessary, read other threads and you will learn what happens. you must respond to that form, sure somebody will advise here soon as aswell.
