    just send copy of council tax copy of passport or driving licence saves a lot of asted time and effort - they have to be 100% sure you are the correct party to cover themselves fact!

    judges over paid and try and ply ignorance = they know the subject matter and legislation BUT play as if they can only so call judge what is stated to them? that is not how real jjustice is performed, the judiciary in this country went down hill years ago, barrack room justice these days per se

    pardon = no company will divulge personal info unless they can be sure the individual is the respondent and producing everyday evidence (bills etc) covers them, regarding lateness and or failure does not eliminate the need to produce evidence of proof of genuine ownership any other compalint is another matter, but SAR request failure to check legitamacy of the requester is fatal if document got into the wrong hands , so response is/eas to DSAR request and need for identity proof, any other subject not referred to>

    companies are oblidged to ensure request are from the stated individual and a utility bill even copy passport , council tax is all they need, they can go beyond 30 days but have a good reason to, there is no good not giving identity check as that is required under regulation already set before, try going to court and see the possible consequences, you want a SAR then follow deligatmite request!

    well if no entry then no possible sale - court order can be grantred in these circumstances, I would of thought! rights of entry for landlord. or take along a locksmith??? sure others will respond here also?

    MSE for years have I am sure Paid people to argue with posters, it started out years ago Great, but declined after certain events, most/all posting I made got be-cried by the same names within minutes,

    you can stop paying but the alledged debt will not go away, they can issue a court claim, and at a latter stage either produce an enforceable agreement (they hope to) or they discontinue, another method some peeps try is to not pay and try to make it to the statute barred time limit, always it is the choice of people like you who it affects, even if they supply eventually an agreement which once checked over by those in know then during court proceedure you could go for a Tomlin Order, and save as to a CCJ! others will also comment Note:- a court enforcement cannot be given until/if an outstanding enforceable CCA1974 is presented, but court proceedure can be started without one, as above at some stage they may/will have to produce one.
