Yes it was very interesting to see how things work inside a bank and all those dodgy staff, And having to meet all those targets dailly.

I couldnt do it, I can see why some of them force people into buying Insurances if thats the way their bosses get on thier backs threatining their jobs

What really angered me about the programme tonight - apart from the woman trying to sell the pensioner insurance - was when the girl in the call centre said as soon as she hears a Liverpool accent she automatically thinks that they are in debt, that made my blood boil, me being a scouser

I'm a scouser and I just laughed at it :D .. some people can't help being ignorant and class everyone the same .. if they want to think that they must be very narrow minded to think that everyone in a city our size is the same .. laugh it off

yes i did watch the program and i am now thinking, perhaps i was misled in to havin the additions account, and i am in the process of writing a letter to see about getting the charges back if they have'nt got my signature could i be entitled to these charges back as well???????!!!!!!! worth a try i suppose! LOL

LMAO

He introduced himself as a "sales advisor" and told me about the great benefits of additions. Free 24 hr legal helpline for matters such as Property, Litigation. I said "Oh, litigation, does that mean I could ring them up and get help with taking Barclays to court over my unfair bank charges". He didnt know what to say. I asked him about his thoughts on the program, he said he hasnt seen it, so cant comment. I am buzzing!!!!

I found several matters very alarming, looking at private customers account details, opeining accounts for non-existent people, hard selling to people who could not afford it, the utter contempt for customers, it was disgusting, their seemed to be no protection of customers accounts information and no security checks on staff, this explains why I have mysterious defaults and why my documents went missing when I was asked to send them off to a bank years ago! insiders and criminal activity!

I'll risk being edited - I don't think this is libelous - he said it - not me!! - but I hope heads roll tomorrow especially the (quote from programme) "right git".

And that poor chap, going in to see if he can borrow money to buy a bed and they try to sell him contents insurance:mad: - what contents???? He didn't have any contents otherwise he wouldn't have been there in the first place!!

Scandalous.
