I still have the envelope and there is no postmark or the date on it. I did shopping from Quality foods and Iceland both but I don't have receipt from Quality foods however I do have receipt from Iceland and the time on it is 16:23. Both time I paid using card so that will be evident in card transactions.

Today I have received PCN from Horizon Parking for exceeding maximum stay period at Quality Foods Southall. The PCN does not mention of what is the allowed time for maximum stay when I googled it shows 1 hour maximum stay but big sign at entrance also says ICELAND customer parking and not Quality Foods. The evidences on the PCN shows that I have exceeded stay by 15 minutes. Is there any chance to avoid paying the PCN? Please see attached PCN and google images. Time PCN issued: 14:43 Observation time: 14:40 to 14:43 I think the issue was with my Phone so it could be that App was fine but can't say for sure, anyway I only managed to pay around 15:28 and I even paid to cover the time when the actual parking started. I visit this place regularly and have been regularly paying with the APP with the history of payment on time can that help?

I have received PCN from local authority for parking at leisure centre without displaying valid parking ticket however I always pay using Pay By Phone App. Although I paid late due to issue with my phone and also because I got busy due to my kids swimming classes. The time on the PCN notice is before I paid for parking using the App and here is my question is this a valid scenario where I can still appeal? because I still paid using the App but after PCN was issued.

I also tried to find planning permission related info through council website and it gave me so many planning permissions when searched by ALDI's post code so not easy I will say is there any easy way to find out? Does any one know when @ericsbrother will be able to help? today is the last day of the discount I have been offered so it's do or die.

car park is definitely a shared car park as I visit that place quite often and parking slots are for both Gym and ALDI no separate markings stating this is for ALDI and this is for GYM. I will capture the sign at the entrance when I get chance to go there next. however the third image I provided in post 20 was the one from the entrance and also right at the place where PTN captured the image of my car showing arrival time. When I go there next time I will double check if there is any other sign before that. Thanks.

It is not a council gym but from The Gym Group company. How do I know what was stipulated in the Planning Permission?

to clarify on my previous post The GYM group customers allowed 3 hours free parking when they enter the Reg. number.

further I found out today when I went there that the parking is for both The Gym Group and Aldi and on notice it says ALDI customers should enter reg to qualify for 1 and half hours free parking and The Gym Group customer should enter reg to qualify for hours free parking. Is there any ground on which it is possible to win?

I realised that the day I stayed long was the very busy day it was full of queue in the car park as well as on the shopping floor so I spent some time there but didn't really shop there as it was too busy (down to the situation now a days) so I bought some items from different shop and came back. Although I did enter my Reg number. I also met the manager today at that store who said If I can show the proof of purchase they may be able to help which I don't have. Is there a way out of this situation or I must now pay it? Thanks.
