You tried to send me a PM, but my in box was full, empty now. I presume you wanted me to look at this so I have.

 

5a) is just the charges and not the interest.

 

You need to deduct £135 from your total charges. Deduct this sum from the most recent charges so that it has the minimum effect on your interest. Show clearly that you have deducted the £135, in case attempts are subsequently made to take it again by Lloyds.

 

Remainder of particulars are fine.

Thank you very much GuidoT yes i did try to send you a Pm my friend has done me a spreadsheet of the all the charges,dates,type of charges and the 8% interest,

 

my latest charges were on the 01/02/07 of £135 so the total of interest for that is £2.43 shall i tippex it off the spreadsheet or leave it on and take it off the N1 form?

I am fuming!!!!!!! just went to check my account and lloyds have taken out £70 of charges im now short for the court fee!!!!!! they always have to go and [edit] things up im now going to have to try and find the £70 they are [edit] sorry needed to have a rant there!

 

 

Edited to add i phoned lloyds to say i have had no notice of them taking these charges out i said to her its not on my statement she said it would of been on march's statement i was looking at my recent one and yes it does say on my march statement they were going to taking them out i didnt see it still angry though!

Now im worried! have read in todays paper that lloyds have won their first case is this the start of many though?! im not sure if i want to continue as im sure i read somewhere that if the bank wins in court they can make you pay costs etc?!

Also costs can not be awarded in small claims cases.

Thank you nicsussex that has reasurred me i shall carry on! lloyds have until tomorrow to file acknowledgement of service or dispute what if they dont? shall i give them a few more days till i fill in the form request for judgment as i read on here that the court seems to allow the banks a few more days?

Hi guys

 

 

Ok Lloyds have filed acknowledgement of sevice why dont they just file a defence straight away? dont understand why they now have 28 days to file a defence? getting nervous now

 

Also got another question the case they won at birmingham i dont understand how it went ahead when they didnt turn up? (im sure i read on here they didnt turn up) also wondering why he lost was it the gentlemans POC?

Hi guys

 

Really need some help and advice here had a letter from the court this morning lloyds have filed a defence i now dont know what to do i feeling really anxious and was wondering weather to pull out because i dont think im going to win i know thats not the attitude to have but it is how im feeling but then i also think that i shouldnt pull out at the last hurdle what happens now anyway? i know ive got to complete the AQ and its going to cost me £100 but thats money i dont have at the moment do i now have to wait to hear from the court?
