HI - to summarise, I sold an item on eBay and sent with Evri via their Packlink option.

Evri lost the parcel

I tried to claim with them but they told me I had to go through Packlink.

They initially said I was past the time limit due to Evri taking ages to reply, but have since investigated my claim.

They have confirmed it has been lost and have transferred to the Claims department but I have heard nothing and no one is replying to me!

Can anyone advise what to do?

It was only a small amount but it is annoying!

Thanks in advance for any help!

use our search top right read banner for evri. and read a good few 10's of threads get upto speed

100's of threads here exactly like yours

packlink are outside uk legal jurisdiction, and anyway as they do, evri are LYING, they ARE your target right through to court, of which they usually cough up just before the hearing in full at mediation stage.

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
