HI - to summarise, I sold an item on eBay and sent with Evri via their Packlink option. Evri lost the parcel I tried to claim with them but they told me I had to go through Packlink. They initially said I was past the time limit due to Evri taking ages to reply, but have since investigated my claim. They have confirmed it has been lost and have transferred to the Claims department but I have heard nothing and no one is replying to me! Can anyone advise what to do? It was only a small amount but it is annoying! Thanks in advance for any help!
