sold Ebay item - posted via packlink/evri Missing.

Hello Everyone; 

 

I sold an item (Sonsos Speaker) via Ebay, and when I sent the package out through Packlink and Evri. The package never arrived and when I claimed I only got 25£ even though the item is

worth 325£. 
 

Has anyone had the same issue? Or has any advice on how to ensure next time if this does happen again that I can claim for the full value of the item.

Sorry that we've missed this. Yes, it was probably because it was posted in the wrong forum.

This can be a very straightforward claim. You should start off by reading up lots of the stories on this sub- forum and you will quickly understand how it all works and also the principles involved.

Follow the link – EVRi – and that should fill in the background.

When you've had a good look at that then come back here and we will take you through the next step.

We will need to know various things such as the dates, value of the item, was the item correctly declared? Was the value correctly declared? And did you buy the so-called insurance.
