  1. Probably wrong choice of wording on my part. Just don't admit (even accidentally) who was driving... This is why we don't recommend appealing.
  2. This is the biggie! If they cannot use POFA, they can ONLY pursue the driver. So, as long as no-one engages with the fleecers, they will never know who that is... Can you post a link to this info? Just click on SAR read and follow the instructions...
  3. What have you clicked for this? Are you not a witness? Come on mrk.... don't just scan... read everything, and take notice of what you're reading!
  4. Jenny I've hidden the two PDF posts. They're not redacted properly. (Second PDF redacted now) The first multi-page one is also illegible in parts. Could you please rescan? I've also edited out the PCN number in your post. .
  5. Post up whatever you propose to write to the dealer here, so the guys can check it... BTW, I've noticed you haven't named this wonderful dealer. Are you trying to protect him? Name and shame!
  6. That's right, back to ignoring. They said they would do court, you said get stuffed, soooo... they said they're doing court... again!
  7. Guessing again?? Come on mrk. Read stuff that they send to you... What does number 3 on the document you've just received tell you to do?
  8. False info, false claims, it is still just an invoice. And as you know, if you don't agree with the invoice... you simply don't pay it.
  9. Nope, not "illegal". No signage = no contract, therefore you can't breach the contract.
  10. Presumably, you've generated the pdf's and saved them? Just click on this>>> upload <<< and follow the instructions.
  11. Why have you called Bradford? Shouldn't it be CNBC in Northampton? Well, one thing you've been asked to do is check claim numbers against your old paperwork.
  12. Is this where Numota are trading from then?
  13. Be careful with that though. I've noticed on some letters that the fleecers / dodgy solicitors state that they don't accept service by email. Have a quick check of their correspondence.
  14. And, if these expert friends ever have a bit of spare time on their hands, send them to over to CAG.
