Looks like good news? fos replied to say "they will be trying to resolve this case as quickly as possible but due to high demand could take up to 4 months"

Do I need to contact Natwets to let them know that this is now being looked at by fos or sit back and wait for fos instructions?

Hi everyone

Just had a text from collection company called AIC on behalf of Natwets saying I need to follow the link and log into the account to manage the outstanding debt!

Should I be communicating with these or just inform them that this has been escalated to the FOS?

Thanks

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
