Hi all

I have received the attached discount letter from the crooks at Lowell. Should I CCA them now as a "prove I am the debtor" or wait until they put in a claim. My thinking is that if they have nothing it will save me the grief later. Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks

Sending them any correspondence now will simply mark you as being scared.

Don't react, only IF they send a letter of claim will you respond.

What's the story behind these accounts?

Do they still show on your credit file?

How old are they. When did you take them out, when did you last pay anything toward them?

Who ever heard of someone getting a job at the Jobcentre? The unemployed are sent there as penance for their sins, not to help them find work!
