They dropped both of mine in the end. No paperwork. As regards to DN, in a recent Lowell case of mine, they tried that one. The judge said the quoted case isn’t relevant. No DN…judge threw the claim out.

Hi all I have received the attached discount letter from the crooks at Lowell. Should I CCA them now as a "prove I am the debtor" or wait until they put in a claim. My thinking is that if they have nothing it will save me the grief later. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks Discount Letter Redacted.pdf
