VCS took a disabled person to Court two years after giving him a PCN when he did have a Blue Badge. The motorist had left his car to read the signage and hadn't put up his Blue Badge. Within a minute a warden had issued a ticket telling the motorist when he showed the Blue Badge that nevertheless he would have to pat the charge. And if he didn't pay, he would get taken to Court ! VCS showing the milk of human kindness.

You would have thought that even a bunch of venal crooks would have realised that  to quash the ticket would have been the right thing to do. After all the motorist was disabled did have a blue badge and nowhere near ten minutes had elapsed.  But no. We are talking about VCS.

Fortunately the motorist didn't pay up and ended up in Court. After 10 minutes the case was dismissed and VCS ordered to pay £1000 in costs and damages.  Well done Judge.

VCS you have confirmed that you are the biggest bunch of scrotes that the parking industry have produced which is saying something  considering the strong competition in that field.

Garry White parked at the Midland Way Retail Park in Radford and left his car to read a parking entrance sign.
