Hi, The signage is the same as posted in the thread linked. I'll leave out any letters to them, its just really frustrating - thankfully a lot of people are leaving the place now cus of poor management and 3 hours in a "24/7" gym

Only thing I'm having that is a little cause for concern is my dad isn't too impressed and doesn't want it coming in his name or having to go to court - whats the advice for this please? I just got another PCN from the gym, this time in the Peugeot again and I did input my number plate… couldn’t make this up, I’ve since left the awful gym and management there.

So with the Peugeot, I paid that for £30 - nothing much... but they haven't done anything with the BMW's. As you said, the little letter about time was sent and duly rejected by them, they gave 14 days and received letter today saying that its gone up to £100 - if not paid they might take it to court etc. I'd prefer to get it sorted quickly like the Peugeot, but, if they don't then I'll just play the long game, ignore ignore ignore until court papers come and keep this updated for other members who may be in a similar situation. I’ve sent a quick letter regarding the BMW that dad wasn’t the driver and it arrived late. So will see what they come back with on that ground. I am prepared to give my details for this and go with it from there as well tbh.

Yes I have a membership, regular monthly payments going out. Spoke to a guy who works in the gym, basically affirming they have nothing to do with the car park and it is the retail park, and it is unfair. He did say that I'll have to speak to the main manager regarding the first car ticket if there is any info, I did say to him im 99% sure I put in my number plate for the BMW as I always do, he said send it to them, and appeal it at the same time. In short - gym dont have much to do with car park, and there is not much they can do but for the £30 - IF that happens that is. @brassnecked - would you advice that if I am offered the £30 - to pay it in that case? I know the forum has helped a lot of people, and tbh, if the advice here is that it wouldn't go in my favour, then thats fair and I'll take it on the chin.
