found unknown wedosavings.co.uk DD on my Bank Acount!!

firstly am sorry if in wrong place as not sure where this should go and excuse me as my computer is dying big time!

 

 

Has anyone had dealing with or heard of  wedosavings.co.uk?

I am asking as I have  just  seen they have st up a direct debit on my bank account  with them!

 

I have never heard of them or signed anything at all, they have taken nearly £10 from account and seems they would carry on doing it but have canceled the direct debit, I have tried to contact them but no response! You go on their site and click contact us, go to live chat, it just gives you a box to fill out               and nothing!

 

I know for cerain have never heard of them  and in fact have hardly been online due to my computer, no one else has access to it

If you didn't sign for this direct debit, you should be able to cancel it, Sandy.

nope  never even heard of this company, I have been into my online banking account and canceled it, x

 

just been on trust pilot and seems I am not only one that has had this done by them,

I have  canceled the DD but  will keep  an eye on account in case the set it up again,

people are asking how they got our information! 

They all saying it is fraud!

sounds like you might have viruses on your PC - one of the many ways these discount sites get your info to setup a DD

download install and run

ICO (how did they obtain your Data and all the others)
Trading Standards

 

More evidence to assist you with the bank to get your money back.

 

You also need to give your computer/device you use a good clean, virus/spyware check as well as has already be said.
