Can't get money back from Midrive Driving School!

We booked driving lessons through Midrive for our son.We paid around 300 pounds upfront.He's moved away from The UK and we don't know when he'll be back.

There are 9 unused driving lessons in our Midrive account.

 

They've refused to refund us for the unused lessons, despite telling them our son is no longer in the UK.They refer to their T and Cs which says you can only get your money back if you pass your test with them.

 

This doesn't seem right surely?

Midrive arent a driving school but an agency that puts you in touch with a driving instructor. thsi means that the contract you agreed to has to have terms that specifically cover this point as they arent actually providing the lessons but a "service".

we will need to see the exact T&C's that you were signed up to so if you used an online booking method the T&C's will have to be at the front of their selling pages, niot tucked away on p64
