We booked driving lessons through Midrive for our son.We paid around 300 pounds upfront.He's moved away from The UK and we don't know when he'll be back.
There are 9 unused driving lessons in our Midrive account.
They've refused to refund us for the unused lessons, despite telling them our son is no longer in the UK.They refer to their T and Cs which says you can only get your money back if you pass your test with them.
This doesn't seem right surely?
