Stupid Car Smoking Ban in Force 1st October

I'm confused. How hard is it not to smoke in a car?

There's the issue of poisoning children but also a separate issue of being distracted when lighting a cig and trying to hold it and smoke whilst driving etc.

A soft top makes no difference, same as a dune buggy, quad bike etc

 

I think this time you need to read the regulation
