Friend needs advice on possible bankruptcy please

guys i am trying to put a post on the debt forum in bankrupcy i can fill in the info but when i click on title the page keeps changing and i cannot get anything wrote on it so cannot post my question

my friend is looking for info with reference to hire purchase he has a vehicle financed for himself and another for his girlfriend he also has a van on lease for his business can anyone offer any advice on this will he lose all if he goes bankrupt the cars themselves not worth a fortune in value

Ok ok I'm having a simalir issues it won't let me start a new thread....

 

But I need some advice, I am going to declare myself bankrupt, but I have a car on a HP agreement, and the issue I have is I need the car for work as I'm unable to get to work using public transport becasue of start and finish times. I often start before 5am and often finish after 0130. I dont have the money to buy a new car and still have 4 years on the hp agreement to pay off....

 

My questions is do I not add it to the paperwork, and continue paying it ?
