52jm..Charged 4 times in a Week to pay the Penalty of £520, Ealing Council

All those who have been a victim of 52jm in hawtery Avenue through old Ruislip Road are welcome to post on this thread if you want to fight back and win this appeal. Dont pay and I will let you know the flaws in those sings.

 

I have also been given this ridiculous penalty from Ealing council. Although mine is for 3 times not 4.

Could you also please tell me the flaws with the sign?

look at the size of space you allot to your subscribers. I can hardly upload a second picture. If i want to share pictures and letters, which ofcos am not able to upload here due to very little space, then i can only send via email. What is harm in that?

Reduce the size of your images, convert them to pdf and post them up. There is more than sufficient space.

 

You can post 5 images to one post.

 

Follow the instructions below and you should have no problems.

 

 

Dx100 – Instructions on uploading pdfs

Scan the required letters/agreements/sheets

as a picture file

remove all personal info including barcodes etc. using paint

but leave all figures and dates.

Go to one of the many free online pdf converter websites

convert the image to pdf format.

or if you have PDF as an installed printer drive use that

open a new message box here

hit go advanced below the message box

hit manage attachments below that box

hit the add files button on the top right

hit select files, navigate to your file on your pc

hit upload files

NB: you can set where it goes in the post by hitting insert inline.

Then hit reply button

I have also received a PCN for the entry into Hawtrey Avenue from Old Ruislip Road. I have my PATAS hearing on 21 March and would be most grateful to hear from salu_999 what your thoughts are on the signage? I had no idea until I received the PCN that I had entered this no-go area. I went back and used my dashcam (which wasn't on, on the morning of the "offence") and the signs aren't visible until you have actually made the turn into Hawtrey Avenue.
