HI, It's a bit too small to reas, but the first

page looks like an I&E, still say Iv'e not seen

any thing like it.

Can you enlarge the pictures please.

That would be my thinking to, I would

ask outright why they need this information

now and what authority they have for doing

so, I feel also that other ''assets'' do not have

any bearing on this it's a short fall not an IVA

or bankruptcy!!

UPDATE!!!

The mortgage company have refused to allow the property to sell at shortfall until i complete their "form"!!

I asked them to put this is writing and they have refused,

at the very least i have said i will send my own I & E form

but they refuse as they want this form signed as it has more questions other than I & E info!!.

 

 

....what do i do now..

...(i explained my I & E has no relevance until the debt has been finally agreed and an updated I & E will be given to the court in due course..

..they disagree, i suspect they are more interested in the "other" questions on the form regarding my assets.........)

Sounds like they are looking

for other property with a view

to getting a charge over it imho

your savings is a private matter

and absolutely none of their business.

I would not respond to that.

.....But wouldnt i have to fail paying agreed monthly instalments via the court once the debt is clarified, can only then they apply for a charging order?

 

can they apply for a charging order on my second property before they sell the other property at shortfall?

Personally I would not answer the

saving question, I am inclined to suggest

that you should seek independent advice

on this if you have other ''interests'' that

may be used to secure the shortfall.

Others may have different opinions.

Personally, I would raise a formal complaint about this.... to force them to respond to you in writing. Send by rec. delivery. One way or another, you'll have to play a waiting game but so you might as well make them sweat it out a bit as well.
