As there is not a unanimous date in August on the 'graph' there are four Sats in September, just a thought, unless there is something written in the stars Birmingham has to be August.

considering too that some people may be going to cornwall at end of july....would be better to spread them out a bit

It's more than likely I won't be able to make the 6th August. Yes you're right PD, The Devon/Cornwall meet looks like 30th July, another peak season date.

Decision on date needed though I think Castlebest. Although it's likely to be a Saturday night, some peeps will still need to make sure they have time off work booked, babysitters sorted etc.

Sorry to mess you about Pete. Sod's law you're free nearly all year and then all of a sudden you find you find yourself double booked!!

any more thoughts on moving date to 13th? nightowl are you able to change your booked day off? babybear could you also do 13th? would be a shame to have a lesser attendance by choosing the wrong date.
