Sorry not sure if in the right forum but I have a Yorks Bank loan for £12k and after CCA recieved it stated amount to advance £8k with £4k charges to setup loan thus making £12K.

Can I request a breakdown of the £4k charges then claim £4k worth of charges ?

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
