I have had a payment agreement with TLG, I have kept to this agreement (I missed one weekly payment but when I remembered I doubled up the next payment so dont actually have any missed payments) and have received a demand for the whole amount due to breaking the agreement should I just ignore this and continue as I was or do you think a letter would be appropriate to try and establish what they are playing at?

If it were me I'd just ignore them and carry on as before, what they gonna do? Take you to court??!! :madgrin:

The other thing is im nearly out of payment slips send the provided request for more the day before the letter today was dated shall i just jot down the numbers off the ones I have so I can continue to pay should they not send more?

I am a consumer just like you, please get a second opinion or investigate yourself on anything I advise as I am in no way legally trained. Everything I know has come from the Mighty CAG and fellow CAGGERS. :cool:

Received additional giro slips as requested although these were received from HC and the request was to TLG :lol: So now the account has gone from welcome to HC to TLG to HC no wonder people get confused!
