Hi, still no replies to the email. I have sent letters to both addresses. No reply as yet. Getting worried now as the loan is due to be paid in full on the 5th March 2012. I know they have received the letters as they were signed for. Any suggestions?

I suggest a formal complaint. They are ignoring you and you can prove it.

Are you worried that they may clear your account out?

You can cancel direct debits and you can cancel debit card payments with your bank

If you are asked to deal with any matter via private message, PLEASE report it.

Everything I say is opinion only. If you are unsure on any comment made, you should see a qualified solicitor

Its not my account its my sons.

We have emailed today again Debt Management at wonga, customer services and also errol damelin and collections dept. Nothing back as yet.

We have also drafted and going to post special delivery a letter to the bank telling them not to make any payments to Wonga via card or anything which is due on the 5th march,. Have also said that as they have it in writing no authorisation has been given if they allow them to take money from the account then they will be held responsible and will have to repay all monies taken.

He cant cancel his card as he needs it.

Have I done right with the emails and letter to bank I also enclosed a copy of regulation bit about payments that is on this wonderful forum
