just to say,

 

supposed to have a court date on 21st jan for a final decision on charge order on house.

 

recieved a notification of land registry just after christmas telling us that welcome have applied for this.

 

am i still right in thinking that this setaside application will postpone this final hearing on 21st jan? a little worried??

there was a part on the n244 form, where it asked for any court dates on this case. so i put the charge order date. 21 jan, was i right in doing this?
