Hi there, not posted much before but followed this site for a long time.

 

First of all i would like to commend you on your help and knowledge to other users.

 

I have recently had a judgement against me for not paying a loan back.

 

Yes it was my fault and i will totally agree with that.

 

If i was sold the PPI is there a chance that i could have my CCJ set aside? Even if i have defaulted?

i think this is the link to my agreements. having trouble!!

not sure i have the sar, just have a statement listing charge after charge, this is from before the court stages.

i think the default notice is there too.

i'm a little bewildered by this at the moment.

 

correct me if I am wrong but monthly interest of 2.25% = APR of 27% doesnt it ?

 

The agreement states APR of 32.2%

 

or have I got this wrong ??

ok, sounds too good to be true, but is it correct i did renew loan.so interest rates might be different? only a thought. do you need me to put any of the stuff i got off welcome on here? they've got 5 account numbers and we certainly never renewed that many times?
