concerning Schrödinger's cat, would you say that the cat is dead or alive inside the box irrespective of opening the box, or is it the action of looking into the box that decides if it is dead or not? If the box is not opened it is not known if the cat is alive or dead, therefore is the cat both alive and dead at the same time before opening the box???

(I'd sooner the cat was dead myself)

Why does a post on CAG have to have a certain number of characters in it before a signature will show?

When you've had all the help you need, make sure you stick around to help others too!

Just think, if everyone left the site after they'd got their help, there might not be anyone left the next time YOU come back needing more assistance!!!!!!!

I hope you're prepared to take the flak for being exposed as a cat-hater, Dalek boy. :-D

Anyway, as far as Schrodinger's cat is concerned, Schrodinger should be reported to the RSPCA for sticking the cat in a box in the first place and wait for it to die. Or not, as the case may be. All I know is that when the box gets opened, it's going to stink of either dead cat or live cat's poo and pee. Personally, I'd get rid of the box asap without even thinking of opening it.

It's an anti-spammer measure.
